About Me

Lindsey Gossett is an experienced, full-time Real Estate Entrepreneur, Small Business Owner, Home Builder and Licensed Real Estate Agent. Lindsey has recently joined the team with Versatile Real Estate Company, that has been servicing the Texas and Florida region. Her position is primarily focused on Versatile Real Estate Company’s Luxury Brokerage in Texas, Florida and New York.

Lindsey has been active in Real Estate since 2009 and has successfully completed 650+ transactions in a wide variety of scenarios; including: Fix and Flip (all phases), Wholesaling, Pre-Foreclosures, Bank Short Sales, Subject-To Properties, Wrap-Around Mortgages, Buying and Selling Notes, New House Builds, Raising/Managing/Lending Hard Money and Private Money, and property management. Lindsey has also developed and led a successful Woman Only Real Estate Investor Club (WIRE – Women in Real Estate) between 2018-2020.

Lindsey’s past job/education experiences include:  Acquisition and Sales for a Texas Real Estate Investment Firm, Elementary Teacher with specialization in Reading Skills, Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, Associate of Arts Degree with specialization in Elementary Education from McLennan Community College, Office Manager for a Retail Shop, and Office Manager for an Optometrist. She has a sincere passion for helping her partners, clients and other customers succeed in obtaining their Real Estate goals and dreams.
